Cook your Ribs!
First thing you want to do is prepare the grill. You can use charcoal or gas grill, whatever you prefer or have available. You want to bring your grill temperature between 225 F to 250 F. You want to have control of the temperature before placing the ribs on the grill.
Now that you have the grill going you want to remove ribs from fridge and remove the clear plastic wrap. Place each slab of ribs in aluminum foil and wrap tight but not so much that it is hard for you to open while on the grill.
Now you are ready to place the ribs on the grill. Make sure you place the ribs on indirect heat. If you are using gas grill cut off burners on one side and place ribs there and if using charcoal move coals to one side and ribs on other. You will want to let your ribs stay on the grill for at least 2 hours cooking between 225 F - 250 F. Approximately every 30 minutes you will want to check ribs and rotate them. Also while checking ribs you will want to open the foil and pour some of the juices you made earlier and then wrap the ribs back up. Continue to check every 30 minutes and add juices as needed.
Once you have cooked for at least 2 hours open foil and insert a grill thermometer into thickest part of meat to make sure temperature is correct (160 - 170 F). Once you are satisfied remove rips from foil and place on direct heat of your grill. Spread BBQ sauce on the ribs and allow a few mins on each side to warm sauce and add slight char to ribs. Remember the sugar in the sauce will caramelize when put on heat so do not leave on direct heat for too long. Let ribs cool from about 5 minutes and then enjoy!
TIPS
* Try Supply House Sweet & Spicy BBQ Sauce
* Cook slowly to get best flavor. Make sure you have plenty of time and beer to keep you hydrated.
* Make sure you don't run out of propane while cooking. Always have a spare!
