Our peppers are tended to daily. As soon they become ready to be picked from the plant, they are removed from the plant, prepped and placed immediately in the dehydrator. This allows for minimal loss of flavor and helps keep our product the highest of quality for the consumers. Peppers are then hand grinded and put into specific quantities for the blend they are being mixed for.
